Delete your account
You can delete your Apeli account and the data linked to it at any time, from the app or without it.
1. In the app
Open Apeli and go to Profile → Data & privacy → Delete account, then confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately and cannot be recovered.
2. Without the app
Email info@apeli.app from the address you use to sign in, with the subject “Delete my account”. We may ask you to confirm the request, and we complete it within 30 days.
3. What is deleted
- Your account and profile, including your goals and settings
- Meals, food logs and meal photos
- Weight, sleep and coach plans
- Any AI recognition archive you opted into
4. What we keep
- Subscription records: up to 10 years where Swiss accounting law requires it.
- Pseudonymous analytics and error reports: no longer than needed for their purpose. Ask us at info@apeli.app to have them erased too.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your Google Play or App Store account. See the Privacy policy for details.
